With a background in land negotiations, real estate development, and custom home construction, Austin brings a unique combination of industry knowledge and hands-on experience to every client relationship. Before entering real estate, Austin negotiated high-value power easements for Georgia Power and Alabama Power, helping facilitate major infrastructure projects that converted overhead power lines to underground service to improve reliability in rural communities. This experience provided him with extensive knowledge of land use, property rights, negotiations, and the development process.


Austin has a strong passion for rural land, estate properties, and the overall real estate development process. He understands the value of land beyond just a transaction — recognizing its potential for homesites, investment opportunities, and long-term legacy properties.


In addition to his real estate experience, Austin also serves as a Project Manager for a custom home building company, where he works closely with homeowners throughout the construction process. From selecting the perfect property to managing the details of building a custom dream home, he helps clients bring their vision to life with professionalism, communication, and attention to detail.
